The Commission on Professional Credentialing® through the Center for Public Safety Excellence has recently awarded Captain Jeffrey Serenati and Lieutenant Ian Palmer the professional designation of “Fire Officer”. Following an extensive peer review process, this designation recognizes demonstrated excellence in seven measured components: experience, education, professional development, professional contributions, association membership, community involvement, and technical competence.

Captain Serenati and Lieutenant Palmer join multiple other members of IFD who have been awarded this designation.

Nice job, gentlemen!
