The NEW Irondequoit Fire District is made up of the previous Laurelton and Ridge-Culver Fire Districts and their respective Fire Associations and Labor Unions. The merge of the two fire districts happened in May of 2022, but the Fire Associations remain separate.
The mission of the Ridge-Culver Volunteer Fire Association is to support Fire Department Operations, provide a gateway for members to become volunteer firefighters, recognize and honor our past members for their dedicated service and create an inclusive social environment for members, families, and guests. This has been our basic mission since 1921 and will continue with your support. We are very proud of our long-standing tradition and participation in the Irondequoit community. We receive no revenue from your tax dollars and our existence would only be possible with your donations. With those donations, we can fund events and purchase equipment that support our active career and volunteer firefighters in the Irondequoit Fire District. The RCVFA is committed to this community, and we look forward to many more years serving our district residents and visitors.
Thank you very much for your continued support.
